All utilities are included and this unit has high speed Internet access and cable TV.

This home is designed and equipped for occupancy by up to four family members or two unrelated individuals. We can place an inflatable bed in the office allowing for one more person. Any rental utilizing the extra bed will require an additional charge of $3.33 per day charge ($100 minimum) to compensate us for the use of the bed and the extra utilities, linens, and wear and tear on the property.

All rates shown above are subject to change without notice - rates shown are not guaranteed until a completed rental agreement is executed. When you execute your rental agreement you will be given the lowest rate based on your initial commitment. Example, if you execute an initial rental agreement for six months you will be charged for the six month rate shown above for each of the six months. However, if you commit initially for only a short period and then extend your term you will be charged based on each tier as shown above. If you rented initially for two months and then extended your stay to five months the two month rate will be used for the first two months with the three to six month rate applied for the third through fifth month.
Less Than Full Month Rates
Our primary business is rentals of one month or more in duration. Occasionally we do receive a request for a rental shorter than one month. Since less than full month rentals is so unusual for us you will need to contact us (see the Contact Us tab above) and let us know which home you have an interest in, when you will be arriving in Colorado Springs, and how long you would like to stay. We will let you know if we can accommodate you and what the rate will be for your stay.
Like all of our rental rates the rates for a less than one month rental include the cleaning of the home on departure so there are no additional charges. No rate quoted for less than a full month is guaranteed until a completed rental agreement is executed.
