• 32" LCD HDTV with DVD/VHS/CD Player and surround sound.

• Fully equipped kitchen.

• Living room ceiling fan and high intensity accent lighting.

• Gas log fireplace.

• Granite top dining room table and granite topped corner table.

• 8' x 18' deck with wonderful mountain views.

• Hardwood floors in kitchen and dining room.

• The two larger bedrooms each have a queen size bed, and their own individual TVs (one with a built in DVD player).

• Tiled bath/shower in the two top floor baths with a large roman tub in the master bedroom (see the Floor Plans tab above).

• The third bedroom also has a queen bed.

• This home is designed and equipped for occupancy by up to six family members or three unrelated individuals.  The pricing shown below allows for up to six guests using all three bedrooms (all have queen size beds). 

• All linens, dishes, glassware, kitchen ware, pots, pans, etc. - this home is FULLY equipped.

• All utilities are included and this home has high speed Internet access and cable TV.

• A crib with mattress and linens is available at no extra charge.

• This home doesn't have a land line phone - please bring your own cell phone.

• Pets are ALLOWED.  Limited by HOA rules as to size - please contact us for full details.  Please see the Pet Policy tab above for detailed information on our pet policy.

• Smoking is NOT ALLOWED in our properties, but the large deck at the rear of this property is available for smokers (see the Floor Plans tab above).

• This is a three story home with two flights of steps to reach the upper two floors.

• We own all of our rental homes and personally supervise the comprehensive cleaning after each guest check out.

Rates for this 3 bedroom 2-1/2 bath townhome with an attached two car garage are $3,000 per month for a one or two month stay ($98.63 per night). • Master bedroom TV (19" LCD) with digital broadcast channels and built in DVD player.

• Fully equipped kitchen including all dishes, silverware, pots and pans and everything else you need.

• Tiled bath/shower in the master bath with a large roman tub - both baths have phone type shower heads.

• The master bath has a roman tub with a full tile surround along with a shampoo niche and corner caddy

• Ceiling fans in all rooms and decorator accent lighting throughout.

• Gas log fireplace.

• Covered patio with a bistro table and four chairs - incredible views of Pikes Peak and the Front Range.

• The office features a full desk along with a Dell PC, 20" flat screen monitor, a color printer/copier, and high speed Internet access.

• This home is designed and equipped for occupancy by up to four family members or two unrelated individuals.  We can place an inflatable bed in the office allowing for one more person.  Any rental utilizing the extra bed will require an additional charge of $3.33 per day charge ($100 minimum) to compensate us for the use of the bed and the extra utilities, linens, and wear and tear on the property.

• Upscale home furnishings and decor items.
• Both bedrooms have queen beds and their own individual private in-suite master bathrooms.
• Half bath on the main level so your guests never have to use private baths upstairs.
• Small desk on the main level with high speed Internet access.
• Wired Internet ports in both master suites.
• Wireless Internet access throughout the entire home.
