If you are coming to Colorado Springs, Colorado for a month or longer we offer a great alternative to a traditional or extended stay hotel. Our homes are completely furnished and fully equipped, HOA maintained, and competitively priced when compared to any other alternative (click on the Price Comparision tab above for more information). In addition, we offer price-breaks as your rental period increases leading to even more savings.

Our attention to detail is just one of the many things that will make your stay at our furnished rental different. One example of our commitment to this is that when you check in you will find that you have a set of brand new in-the-plastic pillows for every sleeping bed. When you leave you are welcome to take them with you, or we will donate them to charity so that our next guest gets a new set as well. Unlike many corporate housing providers who simply rent other peoples homes we own all of our rental homes and personally supervise the comprehensive cleaning after each guest check out. It's this sort of attention to the details that makes a stay with us so unique.
